Michele Montour-Kumm is a candidate for a Master of Laws in the Dispute Resolution Program at the University School of Law at Columbia, Missouri. She is scheduled to graduate in May 2025. She received her Master of Library Science from Emporia State University in 2021 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law at Columbia, Missouri in 1999. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Kansas.
Her focus continues to be the protection and safety of children in school and all environments.
Her article on the connection between domestic violence and bullying will be published in the spring issue of ReThinking Behavior.
